“ECO- Lens” will record every fact

In collaboration with the Armenian Aarhus Centers has launched the program “Photography Masterclass”, during which, at the all Centers operating in the RA regions will be held photography courses.
After the participants’ trainings, the responsible officials of the program are expecting that young photographers, as volunteers will be involved in the Aarhus Centers and could implement practical works in the Centers organized events.
Already similar training courses were conducted in the Aarhus Centers of Ararat (Ararat province), Yeghegnadzor (Vayots Dzor province) and
Yeghvard (Kotayq province), in which have participated more than 40 schoolchildren. In addition to learning master secrets of photography, they learned about the environmental issues in their regions, as well as through the photos got acquainted with the representatives of bird species met and settled in these regions.

According to G. Nanyan, analyst of eco-information and photographer, in the future the junior volunteer photographers can disseminate information through writing some news identifying their photos, the writing skills they will also learn during the courses.

All participants will be awarded certificates of participation.

By the way, it should be noted that the photos and information about them will be published later at the “Eco-Lens” section, which will be created at the www.aarhus.am environmental information website.
It is also planned that at the end of the year the best environmental photos will be encouraged by the Armenian Aarhus Centers network.
