Investment of Community Management Information System Aimed at Ensuring Transparency of LSG Activity

From February 2 to 5, 2016 four-day training course was held in Kapan Aarhus Center for 10 local community leaders of Kapan region concerning “Community Management Information System” (CMIS). It was the continuation of the training held the day before for accountants and leading specialists.
The aim of the course was to give knowledge and skills to leaders of local communities embedded in the community administration about the CMIS. As a result of the training the community leaders gained access to all the sections of CMIS, as well as skills to monitor the activities of employees’ through assignments.
In case of conducting CMIS completely the works of the community administrations will become quite easy,
as well as will provide access to information and transparency of the activities of community provided by the law.

On February 8 to 11 is expected to hold four-day training courses for the secretaries of staffs of communities which will be held in Kapan Aarhus Center.

Taking into account that the new system investment initiative and the training courses were aimed at development of LSGs capacity-building and transparency of LSGs activities, the Center supported these training courses by providing venue, internet services, copying documents and other opportunities for holding successful courses.
